We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Please allow 8–18 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

At Moon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
